The Love at First Dance experience begins with you making a six-week commitment to yourself, your partner, and the relationship you're building together, starting today.

Each session gives you an opportunity to become more aware of how you're showing up, gain new insights, and discover what you may want to strengthen or explore within yourself and your relationship.

What you discover doesn't stay within our sessions. You carry those insights into everyday life, where you have the opportunity to practice, reflect, and return to your next session with greater awareness, enthusiasm, and a deeper understanding of yourself and each other.

Because every couple brings their own experiences, perspectives, questions, and discoveries into the room, no two experiences are exactly alike. There is always something new to notice, uncover, understand, practice, or explore further.

As you become more aware of how you're showing up, discover new possibilities, and begin to experience positive shifts within yourself and in the way you relate to each other, you may find yourself naturally wondering, "What else can we discover?"

If and when that question arises during your six-week commitment, I'll be happy to help you explore what feels right for you and where you'd like to go next.

Your next commitment to yourself and your relationship is entirely your choice.

Your first six weeks are the beginning of a journey of discovery.

Many participants choose to make another six-week commitment to themselves and their relationship, continuing to grow, learn, and discover new possibilities together.

Others choose to explore our specialty experiences, designed to focus more deeply on a particular area of partnership and connection that interests them or reflects something they'd like to strengthen.

You can explore a specialty experience alongside your six-week commitments or choose one separately, returning to your six-week journey whenever you're ready.

There is no single path you have to follow. I'll provide the guidance and support, but ultimately, you choose what feels right for you, your partner, and the relationship you're building together.

We understand that life happens.

If you need to miss a session, you may make it up at another available session, subject to availability. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

In the case of an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

There are no fixed enrollment dates. Once you've completed the screening process and a space becomes available, you'll begin your six-week commitment with the next available session.

If our current days and times don't work for you but you're interested in the experience, please tell us which days and times you could usually make. This helps us understand demand and plan future groups that may work better for you.
